Took Andy out for a lesson. The wind was a bit strong, but he persevered, and did very well. This was his second go at windsurfing, so he managed ok, despite the challenging conditions. I followed him around on my canoe.

Meanwhile Sarah was blasting all over the place, and generally having a good time. After a while Sarah came back and gave me her kit, so I could have a good blast. Made a few decent carves attempts (Still stalling in the middle of it).

We got on the water about 10am and came off at 2:30, so it was a really good day. Andy was knackered, which shows how hard he tried.

Karen refused to put on a wetsuit on the grounds that the water is too cold, but honestly the water was lovely.

A good day all round, good performances from Andy, Sarah and me. Karen walked to Borth and back in double quick time, so that must rate as a good performance as well.
